Ht. 5'5", Wt. 158 - Hey everyone!!! I hope that you are all busting blubber! LoL. Anyways, I am posting because I have a problem and seek help. Every time I diet, the first few days are always fine...but it never lasts well over a week. I'll give into ice cream, cake, cookies...JUNK! Then I just kind of forget about dieting and start eating junk every day. Also, I have trouble sticking to exercizing. So please let me know if you have any ideas of how to stick to exersizing regularly and dieting. Thanks!

Start off small, and then as you get comfortable with that, add another one, until you are eating really healthy. For example, do everything the same, but just give up soda. And then, after a week or so, trade your after school cookies for a banana. Make a list of things you can improve, then just pick one at a time to do.
