Ht. 5"5, Wt. 227 - it seems like people who r more sucseful at weight loss jog or run , so i desided to start jogging today ,, first i desided to jog 4r 15 mins, i barely made it to 10 , my legs hurt bad and im outta breath and beet red, no one says jogging is so hard should i continue, and if i jog 10 mins a day 4r the first week? will it help , can i loose3 pounds?

And eventually you get used to it and can increase. I find jogging/walking is what works for me. As soon as I run out of breath, I walk, catch my breath and then keep going. One of my best friends was 200 something pounds and all she did was start jogging/walking for about half an hour everyday and stopped overeating and whala! I saw her about a year later and she was soo thin! She had lost 45 pounds! Everyone was shocked. lol. So you see, you can do it!
