Ht. 6'0, Wt. 373 - O.K., if your looking for a diet that works, stop looking. Societies use of the word diet is extremely over used, and has been morphed. If you want to lose weight, you need to change how you eat on a regular basis. What you eat all the time, not just a temperary thing. That being said if you are looking for an eating plain that works, try this...
For every meal eat a can of tuna and a cup of rice
I know this may sound harsh, but this really does work. I have been eating this way for 3 weeks, and I have lost 17 pounds. Let me warn you, that this may not be the healiest thing, but it works. You also have to have a very serious reason, or drive to eat like this all the time. For me it is loosing weight so I can fight in the UFC. Be smart, be safe.

That's a diet. I changed my lifestyle and the way I eat. I lost 50 pounds in about 6 months by eating healthier all together. I replaced all that fatty food w/ fruits and veggies. I eat rasin bran for breakfest and a salad for lunch. Dinner I have chicken. If I ever want a snack I have a 99% fat free yogurt or a graham cracker something healthy. Yea graham crackers may not be to healthy but they are only 130 cal. and 35 fat cals for 2 whole crackers. So it's not that bad.

I totally agree with Julie. Youre saying all this good stuff about lifestyle change and then youre saying that people should eat tuna and rice and nothing else for the rest of their lives. Think about it. Be serious about the advice you give and don't give contradicting advice.

so, what you're saying is that you're going to eat a can of tuna and a cup of rice for every meal every day for the rest of your life? I really doubt that. THAT is a diet, not a lifestyle change. There is no way you can get all the nutrition you need by only eating two food types. If you are serious, which im not sure you are, you really need to reconsider what you're saying.
