Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 198 - This is a continueation of the message bellow to EMS. Thank You so much for the great advice. How is this for a diet/ exericse program. Daily: Breakfast: Honey Bunches of Oats w/milk (250 cals) Lunch: Mashed Potatoes with baked fish (300 cals) Dinner 2 slices whole wheat bread with lean turkey meat (280 cals)Snacks. 2 apples (100 cals) Next, Exercise: Ab workout on Monday, Wednesay, Saturday. + Soccer on Thursday and Saturday. + 1 mile walk Monday-Friday. Will I lose weight? How fast can I lose 90 pounds?!! THank you so much EMS.

Mabye you can add a bit of faster walking in there later on, or even jogging. Diet for one month straight and see how much you loose, but you really loose about 10 lbs a month.
Reply from Jennifer, Age 16 - 10/31/05 - IP#: 68.75.167.xxx maybe 9 months. i need to lose 90 to 100 and i hope to lose 90 pounds in 9 or 10 months, 10 pounds a month, i think you should do a little more exercise, i've held off my exercise until i get dance dance revolution but i still eat healthy, i lose about a pound a week not exercising, hope i helped, and i hope your not eating the SAME thing everyday, if so, you should switch up
