Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - Hey guys how do you think i did today
brek - kashi bar, high fiber low fat yogurt, water
lunch- half a turkey sandwich on a whole wheat pita, carrot sticks, ritz snack mix 100 cal pack, water
snack - apple cinnamon quakes (60 calories for one serving ) celery, and water,
dinner- well my family had tacos for dinner, which can be bad ,. but it was turkey instead of beef, plus so i ate less i made it a taco salad.. and basically made lettuce the main part of the meal and used the meat as condiment.. the only other thing on it was salsa and 2 small tortillas.. and i stopped when i was full, just one medium sized salad
and to workout i walked/ran on the treadill and burned 250 calories (according to the treadmill) i still kind of have a cold so i didnt want it to be to high intensity or anything
