Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 160 - Yeah, guys i have been trying to lose weight for years and finally im going to tackle it. I am actually very active, i am on JV Cross country, Varsity Water Polo, and i swim three times a week. I think i am a great athlete, i just need to lose about 30 -35 pounds so i can be a faster runner and swimmer. I am wondering on how everyone manages eating a school, i have a hard time picking out a healthy lunch, are sandwiches healthy? i don't really kno! hahaha i know it sounds dumb, but can someone please respond to me???!!! THANX!
i just need some guidance on how all of you have tackled losing weight, because i want to lose this wieght by march!

your really not even that over weight, and most of it im sure is probably muscle, the way you make it sound. But if you want to be healthier, dont have soda, chips, cookies, candy or white bread (well white flours..) eat wheat or whole grain.. you may not lose as much as you want to because you seem like your really muscular but good luck anyway!

My advice is don't get lunch at school. I used eat stuff that seemed healthy for school lunches, but school lunch food has tons of hidden fat. Just from switching to bringing my lunch i have lost a lot of weight.
