Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok well so far i havent had nearly enough calories but i havent added dinner in, and i know exactly how many calories that will be so yeah..
ok breakfast - kashi go lean bar (170 calories)
lunch- tuna on half a whole wheat pita (110 calories) and an apple (75 calories.. i looked it up)
and thats all so far.. whoops.. but anyway where having subway for dinner, so im gonna have a 12 inch (since its dinner time) on italian bread, turkey breast, light on the mayo and lettuce.. (which i looked up to be 570 calories)
also i burned 400 calories on the treadmill today.. howd i do?

Hey thanks 4 the advise also i just want u to know i have lost 10lbs in the last 2 weeks and hope to lose more. Also i'm ganna go back to the gym as soon as posible. well g2g AIMP

try wheat bread next time it makes you burn more calories and you feel full longer.

eeke thats still only 925 calories so since im not eatin for another 2 hours i guess ill have some fruit or something, since i skimped on the veggies today
