Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, Please tell me how I did today.
Breakfast - Bowl of raisin bran, and a banana. Lunch - A chicken salad with a roll and a propel. Dinner - A salad, chicken noodle soup, and a dinner roll. Snack - 2 animal cracker fat free snacks, and a poptart. I'm going on the XL - Glider for 30 min tonight and doing 100 sit ups and 30 push ups.

great job!... you should cut out the rolls... try sticking to carbs that are whole wheat but dont eat much of it.. also biscuits and some rolls are loaded with fat from butter ect. so you should watch that, deffinitly CUT OUT poptarts, and becarefull with the soup also try not to snack if you snack try eating a fruit such as apples, canalope.. ect. but not to much grapes they have much natural sugars .. Good Luck!. and keep with the motivation

sounds good, exept for the pop tart. and you need to be careful, because soup can have a lot of sodium

good execpt the poptart and try to get alittle less grains in it.
