Ht. 4"11, Wt. App. 140 - hey everyone! well, i posted before and got some replies. Well, i'm trying now to switch from regular coke to diet. then from diet to water. a slow transition should kinda work right? anywho, this morning i ran the treadmill for about 20 minutes then lifted weights (which someone noted that should just help my chunkiness) ill never be a size zero -- my family is big, and i have alot of muscle. i guess i want to tone up. then did free weights. this morning i had cut my breakast in half, having one sausage and some has browns wth orange juice -- but i've decided to cut all of my meals in half, since i usually eat healthy, i jsut like to eat alot. comments?

I am so glad you understand that you probably will never be a size 0, because that is a huge reality check that helps you understand that your goal is not impossible. I will probably never be smaller than a 7 at the very least because of my body structure but that doesn't stop me from wanting to get to my size 7. Just eat healthy, exercise and believe.
