Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone here's what I ate today. Breakfast : 1 cup raisin bran, 3/4 cup milk, half small Cantaloupe (about 300 calories) Lunch : Turkey sandwich on 35 calorie a slice bread w/ 8 small fit and active rice cakes that are the size of a 50 cent piece (about 250 calories) Dinner : Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sub (12in) (740 calories) So today I had about 1290 calories. I think I did pretty good today. I'm going on the Xl - Glider tonight for 30 min. So that will burn 300 calories right there:) How did I do?

u might need a little bit more calories in there and eat a little bit more veggies

good job! except its better to have bigger meals in the morning and smaller at night, just because youll have all day to burn it but whatever calories are calories sounds good

I think your doing awsome! But yeah, try to sqeeze more veggies in there. Keep up the great work!
