Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 205 - Hey guys. Okay well i started,with drinking no soda and no junk food, but here i am with a soda in my hand. Any advice as to how i can drop the junk?? PS-I have an excellent food choice id thought i would share. Gardenburger veggie burgers are so good, and the whole burger bread and all is under 250 calories..

Ok? So as you were typing, you had a soda in your hand, knowing you shouldn't drink it. Make the decision to go poor it down the drain, and do it. You know what you're doing wrong, now change it.

dont cut it out all at once, because thats prob. to hard for you .. jsut do a little at a time. like if you usually have soda every day, go to every other day, then a couple times a week, then once a week, then like treat yourself to once soda every month or whatever your comfortable with
