Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok so howd i do today
brek- kashi bar and low fat yogurt and propel ( 260 calories)
lunch- 1/2 turkey sandwich, a 100 calorie pack(ritz snack miz) and carrot sticks ,water(250 calories)
snack- south beach diet peanut butter snack bar and an apple (about 200 calories)
dinner- whole wheat pasta and light ceasar salad (not sure exactly but ill assume 500 calories)
so far ive had 1210 calories, plus i burned 200 calories on the elliptical machine
i might have cantaloupe for dessert or a small peice of candy

did great but get less grains and more protein in dairy, but ur doin better than most :-)
