Ht. 5'1", Wt. 168 - today isnt one of my better days. for breakfast i had a yogurt before school. then my mom took me out to brunch around noon because i got out of school early and i had 2 eggs and potatoes which is badddd but when i came home i rode my bike for 20 minutes i wanted to do more but it started raining. i plan on doing 300 crunches later and take the day off from weight lifting. for snack im going to have an orange. i dont know what to do for dinner tonight because my parents want to get take-out food =[ . any suggestions?

do you have any like frozen meals like healthy choice, lean pockets, smart ones etc? because that would be really good for you to have for dinner. and it doesnt sounds like you did to to bad
