Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 247 - Hi everyone. Sorry about the disareement but Im still convinced. Here my diet plan. Breakfat bowl of oatmeal and a glass of orange juice (270 cals) snack: handful of almonds (70 cals) Lunch : vegetable tamalee (290 cals) snack: apple
dinner: tuna sandwhich (270 cals) Total (about 1000 cals)
I will also drink 12 glasses of water per day.
Its hard for me to exercise so maybe 50 crunches 3x a week and 15 pushups 5x a week.
I will also play soccer 2x a week and I will run on my treadmill 5x a week.
Is that good? Please reply if you have any comments or suggestions.
