Ht. 5"4, Wt. 135 - How did I do breakfast rice crispy bar small one lunch a lil bit of turkey and mashed potatoes and ice cream snack rice crispy bar and I dont no what I should have for supper any advice???
ocasionally everynight before I go to bed which is around 10:30 pm I do like 3 sets of 50 crunches and 3 sets of 45 crunches on my side stomach is that a good plan or should I do more excerise

The rice crispy treats should be ...once a week really. They have a lot of calories packed into a small snack. Try honey bunches of oats cerial for breakfest, orange juice, and a piece of fruit. Multivitamins too if u want. Try and limit sweets as much as possible. Those were way to many rice crispy bars in one day.

that wasn't very good only have one sweet a week, get whole wheat grains in. u should have more protein dairy and veggies.
