Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 210 - Hey guys today for lunch i had a salad and some trail mix (300 calories?) I walked home about 40 minutes and i drank a 20 0z bottle of water. I also ate an apple as a snack. Later for dinner im going to have a veggie burger (300 calories).
And eat a yogurt (140) I have also been working out for about an hour and a half each day for the past four days. let me know how i did please, i need some motivation.

Oops, haha I didn't see that you skipped breakfest. Definately eat breakfest, it's the most important meal of the day. Also try to eat the majority of your carbs for breakfest, good carbs of cours. Fruits, whole grain breads.

That is exellent! Progress is a slow process, don't be bummed out if u see that u gained weight. Your body grows muscle to deal with the new exercise, then u start burning lots of fat from the new muscle. judge your health on how u feel. Keep it up!
