Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 210 - Ugh guys i thought i was doing good. PLEASE HELP ME!!! Okay well i dont eat bekfreast (sp) because i dont get up early enough and my stomach usually hurts when i eat that early. So for the past 4 days ive eaten a salad for lunch. Ive draken all water too. Today i got my salad, but then i ate a bag of trail mix that probably has about 300 calories. I walked him about 40 minutes and then i ate an apple. I was feeling pretty good..then i ate a chicken pattie sandwhich..not sure HOW many calories that is...for dinner i ate a bowl of rice crispies with hardly any milk and a banana. I also ate a yogurt. All water today oh and i did my excersize also. Ugh what did i do wrong?? i feel so bad!!!

not eating breakfast is badd mistake because ur metabolism doesn't get started so it makes u gain weight. just eat like a slice of wholewhet bread and some fruit for breakfast at least

i actually dont think you did to bad. trail mix isnt awful for you, and it sounds lik you didnt have that many calories so your probably like just at 1500 calorise, which is perfect

by the way the chicken pattie sandwhich was a pattie from my house, not from like mcdonalds or anything and the mayo is fat free
