Ht. 5'1", Wt. st. 170 nw. 166 - i was doing so good today .. and then it went downhill. for dinner i had chicken francaise and pasta and then my friend and i made cookies. i only had one, but i still feel horrible and i feel like i definatly over ate. plus i didnt have a chance to exercise today! luckily this is only the first out of 5 days i havent exercised, so ill have to make sure i do it tomorrow. idk if this happens to anyone else but after i exercise(run, crunches, lift) i always weigh a couple of pounds more. does anyone know why?

Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 11/18/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Yeah, that happens to me, too. I doubt it's water weight or muscle though. I, mean, to drink 3 pounds of water is a lot, and really unrealistic. And it's impossible to gain muscle that fast. I don't know why, though.
