Ht. 5'1, Wt. 163 - I have a diet this is it
Breakfast is 1 egg (70 cal)
2 pieces of toast (140 cal)
2 tbl spoons of low fat butter (80 cal)
then im going on an hr walk
50 jumping jacks
5 push ups
5 lunges
8 crunches
and touching my toes
then for lunch i am having beef noodles (380 cal)
then im going to walk for an hr
100 jumping jacks
10 pushups
5 lunges
and touching my toes
then for a snack i am having a 240 calorie sandwhich
30 min walk
100 jumping jacks
15 pushups
and touching toes
i dont know what for dinner though
tell me if im doing a good diet
new one each day
