Ht. 5'1, Wt. 163 - I have a diet this is it
Breakfast is 1 egg (70 cal)
2 pieces of toast (140 cal)
2 tbl spoons of low fat butter (80 cal)
then im going on an hr walk
50 jumping jacks
5 push ups
5 lunges
8 crunches
and touching my toes
then for lunch i am having beef noodles (380 cal)
then im going to walk for an hr
100 jumping jacks
10 pushups
5 lunges
and touching my toes
then for a snack i am having a 240 calorie sandwhich
30 min walk
100 jumping jacks
15 pushups
and touching toes
i dont know what for dinner though
tell me if im doing a good diet
new one each day

Hi i am new to this site. I don't know much bout exercise but you should'nt exercise right after you eat. It can mess up your stomach.Just try working out in the morning, and at night.Too much exercise isn't good. You gotta be patient and you'll get the best results.Thanks for reading whether you take my advice or not.

it's good.. but maybe try and figure out something for exercise that you can do everyday, even when you have school. it'll be easier to keep going if you have a set plan that you can do everyday, not just on days that you have off. also.. don't exercise right after you eat.. you could get a major tummy ache, i know i do.
