Ht. 5'7', Wt. 236 - Hey every one,my name is Jessica. I am new to this site,not to dieting. I have yo-yo dieted for a long time, but this time I want it to be the real thing. I am tired of looking at these skinny people and wishing I was them. I want to run for excersise but I have asthma so I come in short there. Does anyone have any tips? Any thing will be greatly appreciated! I know you might not know me personally but I love you all.

i no how u feel i have astma too and it is hard for me i am trying to lose weight to b able to play soccer but it is also hard beacuse of the astma i think that u r doing ur best keep doing it and as the doctor told me it will also help if we lose weight but b happy that u r tall and not short and weight wat u way because i am the same way as u i am as tall but weight less so keep wat u r doing and hope u can write back this is my first time on this so i am not sure really wat to do here lol

yea like 50 sit ups evernite b4 u go to bed (or when its better 4 u) im tellin u it will work ur stomach hard yea it may hurt buts worth even if u have to take a break in between thats ok ur body jus has to get use to it an when it does it will be alot eaiser

running will get easier lets say ur 40lbs overweight then it's like running with a 40lb pack on but if u take the pack of and would be much easier to run so just keep on working on it then it'll become easy
