Ht. 5'2, Wt. 100 - I have these 2 friends, and im afraid they're not healthy. They told me how much they weighed and it was 190 and 215! It just scared me and like my friend Gracie is always feeling bad about herself because of her weight. What can they do?

if they ask u for help help them and if they dont try to help without making think they are overweight

well, you could offer to start excersing with them or something? i dont really know, its hard to avoid hurting there feelings if you know what i mean.
