Ht. 5'7, Wt. 192 - I keep on losing weight! I figured out the secret. I never eat normal meals. Instead I started eating 10 meals a day of about 120 calories. My stomach contracted and now I can only eat in little portions. My metabolism went crazy and Im burning fat non-stop. For example, I eat every 1 hour.
7:30 - Glass of Milk
8:30 - 1/4 bagel w/ cream cheese
9:30 - cheese stick
10:30 - nuts and berries
11:30 1/2 tuna can
you get my point. Good Luck. I know it works. Ive lost like 30 pounds in the last 5 weeks.

wow, well done keep going you've found a fantastic way of loosing weight!i do agree that it's hard when you're at school but take enough snacks and have them in between lesson change! perfect soloution! well done and good luck for the future.

20 lbs thats bad, thats unheathy not the diet but how much she lost, i dont think it was 20lbs, the most you can loose in a week with it bein heathy in 7 lbs

my diet is litk that i am but 6 meals a day the more meals the more u lose my friend lost the 20 pounds her fistr week
