Ht. 5'7, Wt. 192 - I keep on losing weight! I figured out the secret. I never eat normal meals. Instead I started eating 10 meals a day of about 120 calories. My stomach contracted and now I can only eat in little portions. My metabolism went crazy and Im burning fat non-stop. For example, I eat every 1 hour.
7:30 - Glass of Milk
8:30 - 1/4 bagel w/ cream cheese
9:30 - cheese stick
10:30 - nuts and berries
11:30 1/2 tuna can
you get my point. Good Luck. I know it works. Ive lost like 30 pounds in the last 5 weeks.
