Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 - today i did pretty good...for breakfast i had 1 bowl of south beach cereal with skim milk, for lunch i had an instant breakfast drink thing by carnation, & for dinner i had healthy choice soup & a few saltine crackers (low sodium ones)...i also drank alot of water..my goal is to get down to about 128 by new years!

Reply from marie, Age 18 - 11/29/05 - IP#: 131.229.171.xxx if you don't eat more calories than your body will kick into starvation mode and the only weight you'll be losing will be muscle. it's god so far- but you need to add some more fruits and veggies and lean protein. you need to be eating at least 1200 calories per day
