Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 160 - yay.. i did good today.. bf i had starbucks , nonfat milk and all that good ish.. theeen for lunch i had lean cusine raviolis .. i dunno if i spelled that right.. then for dinner i had subway (turkey breast on whole wheat with lettus onions bell peppers .. veggies .. mustard cheese and black pepper... and a 170 cal bad of baked doritos and then because i didn't eat enough cals today my sister made me eat some eggs with toast.. so i did.. and i drank my water and went to the gym burned about 600 cals all together i think..im gonna go do my situps and im done for the night.. :) hope everyone is doing good!

haha i know im not trying to do something thats impossible im not on a diet i made a "lifestyle change" haha and baked chips arnt that bad sweetheart

geese, you can have little things like baked chips every once in a while. especially if there baked there not all that bad. so i still think you did good :).

the baked chips arent very healthy for u even though there baked because they r still refined
