Ht. 5"2, Wt. 144 - i havent started any type of diet or exercise program because like i said im clueless when it comes to weight loss so does anyone know what foods exactly to eat everyday but it has to be food i most likely have cuz i dont have any money to buy any food. and what types of exercises make your stomach and thighs smaller. does anyone know of any website or something that has a diet plan and tells you exactly what to eat and do cuz that would be helpful too ,thanx
Reply from maggie, Age 12 - 12/03/05 - IP#: 69.202.145.xxx do lots of sit ups. try 30 in a row the first day and then 35 the second day and so on and so forth. do wall sits for your thys for 30 seconds 3 times a day. but make shure your doing good sit ups and wall sits or else it wont even matter your doing them. lots of love, mags.
Reply from ann, Age 15 - 12/02/05 - IP#: 66.220.225.xxx exersize for 30 min every day, read about some diets and decide which one is right for you, stay strictly on that diet until you loose all the extra wieght, then stay on that diet except on weekends were you can have anything you want, that way you wont feel lift out if u and ur friends go out for pizza or somthin.
