Ht. 5'3", Wt. 208 - Well, I am back from vacation, and I gained about a pound and a half and last week I gained a pound and a half also. So I have gained like 5 pounds back of my 15 that I had lost. But now I am really motivated, and I HAVE to get down at least to 150 by my senior prom which is in May, but I would like to get down to 135 by then. My family goes out to eat ALOT so I am planning on when we go out to eat to eat half of what I order and save the rest for another time, or let somebody else eat my leftovers. And especially for this month only eat a little bit of sweets on Saturdays ONLY. When I am at home, I am gonna try to eat as healthy as possible, which reminds me, while I was on vacation, I discovered that I now like salads...YAY, finally!!! As for exercise I am gonna try to go for a 15 minute walk every day and do sit ups, squats, push ups, etc, during commercial breaks of whatever show I decide to watch on tv that nigh, which will be about 15 minutes. Does this sound good, and do you think I will be able to get down to 180-190 by the end of the year and 135 by May???

I really doubt that's going to happen for you, sorry. 150 lbs by May is about 60 pounds in about 5 months, about 12 pounds per month, 3 pounds per week. That's a little more realistic, but you are going to have to work REALLY hard to achieve it. This doesnt mean that you are going to lose that amount of weight. I, personally, lose about 1-1.5 pounds per month, even though I'm doing everything right. It just depends on your own body. Good luck.
