Ht. 5'6.5, Wt. 147 - So I am tired of being fat! I am so depressed today :( It just seems like nothing is going right in my life and I just wanna crawl under my blanket and hide! This sucks I just feel like crying all the time...so I want to do something about it, but I have NO idea where to even begin. What am I supposed to eat? what type of diet is best for me? stuff like that, does anyone have any tips?? PLEASE help me!!

This is what I do. aight... this is something that may help ya out.. I count my calories; Breakfast- i never have more than 300 calories.. i suggest a serving of smart start cereal, its really good Lunch- somewhere around 400-500 calories Dinner- around 600 calories so all in all i have around 1500 calories per day or less then I exercise 5 days a week. I run 1-2 miles or i do a "pilates" tape. snacks.. i eat an orange or grapes. ive been doing this ever since summer and ive lost a lot of weight. it works for me :) hope i helped u out!

Reply from melissa, Age 17 - 12/04/05 - IP#: 71.50.4.xxx aww don't cry... i would give anything to be 150 lbs. i'm 5'7 and i weigh 70 lbs more than you do! just go jogging everyday (if you can't, then dance and do jumping jacks) and eat more fruits, vegetables, and food with fiber in it - try reading the nutrtion facts... 1 gram of fiber = not so good. 2 grams of fiber = okay. 3 grams of fiber = good 4 grams of fiber = really good! fiber will keep you full longer so you wont eat as much.
