Ht. 5'6, Wt. s:185 c:161.5 g:160 - Ok..so how did i do so far? Breakfast: Organic pumpkin granola bar (160 calories). Lunch: Chicken and rice soup with baked rice crackers (210 calories). Snack: Banana, 4 cucumber slices, and some more baked rice crackers (100 w/o counting the banana). Treat of the day: 8 oz. of homemade hot cocoa (made with soy milk and homemade mix...150 calories). For dinner i'm going to have this chicken thing with baked chicken, yellow and red peppers, tomatoes, onion, and mushrooms so that should be good. I also did 45 minutes of various activities in gym (jump roping, rock climbing, sit ups, etc.) and 45 minutes playing in the snow. Did i do ok? And do you think i could lose 20ish more pounds by the beginning of June if i keep this up everyday?? Thanks!!

I think you did good, but I think you should get in a few more calories especially since you go to the gym and stuff. I'm supposed eat like at least 1400 cals b/c I go to the gym in the morning and workout for a hour doing various classes. I hope I helped. Good Luck!!!
