Ht. 5'6, Wt. not mentioned... - ok im really really really really tired of being this way! so starting right now! (its 11 42 at night...) but yeah right nowim gonna start my exercise plan and tomorrow i will key in my diet plan if anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated also i seem to be having a very difficult time tosaying no to eating even when i am full like a couple of hours ago i ate a sand which and then i saw some cookies on the counter and i ate them even though i wasnt hungry how can i change this?

Eating habits can be really hard to get rid of, but a lot of it is mentally. I had this problem where i always ate late at night (which isn't good) but now, whenever i want to eat something (that i shouldn't) i go do arm exercises. I think "ok. instead of intaking calories, i can make my arms leaner and stronger." It's all about the motivation and how much you want it! :) goodluck!

each day in the morning plan out exactly what you're going to eat and when... and get it all set up all the ingredients and get everything ready and put them into little bags and label them (like breakfast: 7:00 am, or snack: 3 pm) so all you have to do is take it out, and cook it/get it ready.
