Ht. 5'5/5'6, Wt. W. 156 G. 135 - Hi you guys, Im new here. Ive never lost weight before. Ive Tried, but i never have succeeded on account of "lack of support". My weight now is 156/157 but i want to be 130. Im not sure How long this would take. Does any one know?
Oh... and what is Cardio?

cardio is short for cardiovascular and it refers to exercise that increases your pulse/heartbeat. (it also makes you breathe hard). this kind of exercise is the most effective way to burn fat, i think.

A long time(month or two) cardio is a type of work out!!!!!
