Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - okay, me and my friend lindsey are going on a diet together and we started today. we are going on the treadmill and working out mon.-fri. every week. and we're cutting out junk food and eating fruit and drinking lots of water. does anyone have any more ideas or tips for us??? thanks a bunch!!!!!!!

Reply from jenilea, Age 14 - 12/12/05 - IP#: 86.112.225.xxx umm ok heres some tips: have breakfast within an hour of getting up, eat an apple 30 mins before you have dinner (you'll eat less), drink 2-3l of water a day, plan what you are going to eat so you can stick to the plan instead of just eating anything and don't over do the exercise to start off with if your not used to exercising as you could strain yourself! thats all i can think of just now, good luck guys!!!
