Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173ish? - Hey everyone, I'm now happy with my size. I'm a size 12/13 in juniors. How many times a week do u suggest I work out to maintain my weight? I work out for 25 - 35 min now not 50 min cause I don't want to lose anymore I'm happy with my body. My mom said 3 times a week would be good, so did my eating counseler. How does 3 times a week sound?

i'm pretty close to my goal as well, but i work out more than three times a week. but i don't work very hard...so i'm sure you'll be fine.

No she shouldn't. She is perfect for her height...and if she loves her body then she don't need to lose weight. ANYWAYS, yea, I think that would be good...jsut watch what you eat too.
