Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173ish - Hey everyone, If I was to work out in the morn would it be ok if it was for only like 15 min?? Or does it have to be 20 - 30 min?? J/w I know it burns stored fat the more you do before you eat breakfast.

try 15mins inthe morning, then try to get extra exercise through the day like parkin at the end of the parkin lot and going upstairs instead of the elevator

i don't think u should work out b-4 breakfast because when u excersize ulose calories but once u eat breakfast u will gain all those calories back.

my opinion is probally 15min and if u dont feel challenged just add another 5min each morning!!!
