Ht. 5'3, Wt. 135 - ok well i dont think im fat per say, but im chubby. i just really want to weigh in the 120's, like 125. somehow i can never seem to stick to a diet and i really want to. im thinking about eating grapefruit or a banana for breakfast, healthy sandwiches for lunch, and a moderate dinner without a lot of starch. and a snack in between lunch and dinner. i was also planning on walking on the tredmill for 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week, and drinking lots of water. i also want to do ab and arm pilates every other day. any tips on how to get motivation to do this? i want to loose like 10 pounds before the 13th of january

one thing is eat more than just fruit for breakfast. Cuz if you eat something grainy like toast, oatmeal or cereal, it will make you fuller for longer and that way you won't binge. Make breakfast the most important meal of the day. And my motivation is just looking in the miorr (however you spell it), and then thinking of all the compliments people will give me when I lose all that weight and how good I will feel about myself. Seriously, if you have even a single sucessful day, you will feel soooo good about yourself. It may be hard to get going, but once you do, you will feel great!
