Ht. 5'1'', Wt. ... - Ok ermm, I have this problem. You see I've tried very hard to keep my body, well, in shape, and it's finally coming around but you know people usually just check their weight, I think different, I think when you finally get to the place where you're satisfied with your weight or almost, you have to pay attention to your body parts. Like, oh I'm too fat here or too fat there, in my case, it's my butt, and thighs, any tips on how to get them toned? I can't count calories, I don't even know what they are, so don't tell me anything about food, just the do-it-yourself simple stuff. Help please?!

Ummm...what exactly are pilates? I mean obviously they're some kind of excercise but how do you do them? Like sit-ups, obviously, u sit up lol, but pilates? Could someone explain to me how they work? Oh and cardiovascular excercise, I've heard of it, but I never really looked into what it is, what is it? Lol, I know I'm being really not co-operative...sorry guys..

you might want to try doing pilates. that works out your lower body really well.

Well I had the same problem as you. I actuily found looseing just an extra 5 lbs really helped me ALOT. But if you are already in your healthy weight range then you might not want to.

In the case when your just trying to lose weight in a certain area or areas then you can't really count calories. I would look into something that will work your butt and thighs. I do a full body work out but I'm at the point where im satisfied w/ my weight and size so im at the hardest part of dieting and that is maintaining the weight/size. I hope I helped a little but if I were you i'd do some research and see what work outs would help tone those areas you brought up. Good luck!

exersize! do lots of squats and lunges and cardiovascular exersize. good luck!
