Ht. 5'3", Wt. 130 - AHH!!! I just checked the scale and at only five foot three inches I'm pushing 130 pounds! Someone please give me some suggestions. I've been battling with my weight since I was in 2nd Grade and I really just want to get to where I'm comfortable with my body. I was at 125 in the summer and got down to 120 but lately I've been feeling sick and lazy and apparently I've gained about 10 pounds! Please someone help me! I know that I have to eat right and exercise but does someone know a website or something that tells me healthy things to eat?

Your cute. realize that were short and curvy if you are nearly the same weight as me its just typical insicuritys maybe you dont liek yoru lovehandles (like me) or maybe you have another target area but that doest mean were fat we are average weight you should embrace your body and love your body for what it is .... your cute not fat :)

The number that we weigh doesn't tell us much. Unless you see her, you can't really say she doesn't need to lose weight. And I'm not talking about if it's unreasonably unhealthy. That's a whole different story. Anyway, Candy, all I can really tell you is to eat healthy and exercise. There really isn't a quick fix. Just take it one day at a time, and one pound at a time. I know that since you don't really have that much fat on you, it's going to be harder for you to lose weight than someone who has a bunch of extra fat. But just stick with it, hun, and dont give up. good luck!
