Ht. 5.6, Wt. 147 - thanks for you help. that wsa very quick. this is the first time i ever tried this. and it worked. if any of you know any good diets please reply to me. i've alrady lost 13 pound in about two months but i need somethin faster. i used to be 160 and i am proud of the weight loss but i want to gat some abs really bad. my bmi is 23.8% according to the computer. but someone that reply my fisrt message said you must have a 15% to gat abs. is this really true. send any diets and please answer this question.tru or not.

I was the one who said you had to get 15% body fat to get visable abs. I'm pretty sure it's accurate, seeing that I've read it at about a million different places. I did, however get the number wrong. It's 14%. The following website explains it fairly well. http://www.freedieting.com/abs.htm. You said that your BMI was 23.8. Make sure you're not confusing that with with body fat. They are VERY different things. Body fat percentage is just that, how much of your body is fat. BMI is just an equation (I can't remember what it is). It just takes into account your height and weight. It does not take into account how much of your weight comes from muscle, opposed to fat.
