Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 135 - My cousin and i go to the same school (shes standing right behind me right now) and were both kind of overweight. We have a lot of friends at school, but they all have perfect bodies and boyfriends. It runs in our family to be kinda big so its really hard to lose weight. we are trying to eat healthy and excercise, but the other day we were standing in the lunch line talking to our friends and this guy in front of us made a really mean fat joke at us. We didnt used to be so worried about our weight! Can someone PLEASE give us some tips on what to do??? - the two cousins

Girl me too, my family we are italian, so we are all kinda "big", but you gotta love your body, and sometimes the way you are built your body cant take being any smaller. just imbrase it girl!. work with watcha got. Part of your problem is that you are happy with yourself. Plus, a lot of guys like girls with a lil meat on em like you and I. trust me wink wink.. lol um.. just remember to eat healthy and stop worring about what you think others are thinking of you.
Be yourself, its the best way to be!

ur actually not overweight and if u r only by like 5lbs, i would reccomend doing crunches in weight training and eat a touch healthy but dont lose more than 10lbs

Well.. this isnt really a "tip" but... it will get worse.. you will worry about your appearence and everything more the older you get. Sorry.. its the life of a teenager... but as for advice I have none because I have the same problem. Sorry goodluck
