Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 12/22/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Don't go on a diet. They rarely work for long term fat loss. Instead, make lifestyle changes that you can live with for the rest of your life. And introduce them slowly. I know you want results fast, we all do. But it's better if you take it slow. Try introducing one or two changes into your life each week, or so. Once you have them down, add more, until you have a completely healthy lifestyle. For example, the first week you may quite drinking soda with your lunch, and making sure you get enough water. After you have that down, try incorporating 30 minutes of running (or any other cardio you enjoy) into 5 days of the week. Hopefully, you get my point. Take it slowly!!! It'll be easier for you to stick to for the long term, so you wont be as likely as gaining it all back. I know this isn't exactly what you wanted, but this is my advice that is working for me. Good luck.
