Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - how much weight do you think i would lose if for breakfast i had a bowl of cerial, for lunch was a peanut butter and jelly or tuna sandwhich, and dinner was either a salad or chicken? i'm not starving myself eaither, if i'm hungry i'll eat fresh fruit or something, then i'd ride a bike an hour per day.
Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 12/30/05 - IP#: 71.112.36.xxx that sounds great just make sure u get calcium in, and for the pb&j sandwich is healthy if u make it right or else it's terrible for u, for peanut butter use all natural becasue that kind has a healthy fat, skippy and jiffy and stuff like that take that fat away,use all natural or sugar free jelly and whole wheat bread. u might get bored after a while that might be ur only problem

Reply from amy, Age 18 - 12/28/05 - IP#: 72.138.7.xxx Well...ure daily food intake seems low ..so you should be loosin weight however avoid eating late if that is a habbit for u ...also try to eat at least 3 to 4 hours apart so you dont feel hungry but no later then 8 pm ...if you keep this up including an hour of bike riding you can loose up to 1.5 - 2 pounds per week ... Ps ( check out the daily calorie intake for loosing weight) Goodluck!!
