Ht. 5'11'', Wt. 160lbs - Hey, I need some help. I'm trying to excersise, but finding it really hard. I went on the rowing machine today, I used to be able to do half an hour non stop, but recently have been finding it hard to keep going. Today I managed to do 15mins of it, then I started feeling like everything was going blurry. I thought it may have been cos I was de-hydrated but I drank overa litre eforehand, so i don't think it could be that. ANyway could you guys please give me your ideas of how I can keep motivated to do excersis? How I can keep going, so that I can get fitter, etc. Thanks from Anika

Hey, I know exactly how you feel when you said everything starts to get blurry. It just means your sugar level is low and you need to eat something. It helps me. Also some days I don't want to work out but then I think how good it feels when your done and how it will help your body stay in shape so it keeps me motivated. Good luck I hope I helped a little.
