Ht. 5'3, Wt. 150 - this is so hard. this is day 3 of my diet(2 lbs of water weight gone!)but it's SO HARD. last ngith was new years eve and my friends CHOWED down on doritos(MY FAVORITE SNACK EVER) and ice cream and i had not one bite. i just stuck to water. than this morning we woke up and they made chocolate chip panacakes. i asked if it was okay if i just had an apple.(for some reason i get really embarressed that im dieting, so i just said, "ehh i'm not hungry enough for pancakes...can i just have an apple?) and than for dinner me and my friend ordered chinese and i had a healthy sized portion of chicken and brocoli-WILL SOMEONE TELL ME IF THEY THINK THATS OKAY? anyways, so i havent eaten since about 6:00 and my SKINNYSKINNY sister just made a hamburger, and i have peanut butter and marshmellow fluff in my fridge and i wanna eat it soooooo badly. this is so hard. 3 years ago i lost 20 pounds, but then i ruined everything and gained 30 pounds back. ive been eating horrible for a year straight, and getting healthy again is so tough. i'm on the track team, and i am in shape and can run, but i am just fat, and staying motivated to eat healthy is so hard. i'm so hungry right now i just want to FEAST. but i know if i do i'll regret it so much. Please give me motivation and support. I want to lose this extra weight so badly.

Reply from jenilea, Age 14 - 01/02/06 - IP#: 213.40.131.xxx and also for the skinny skinny sister lol, i read that it is healthier to actually be a little overweight and eat healthily than be skinny but eat junk so she could be taking tips from you and cutting down on the burgers cos junk isnt just bad for ur figure its bad 4 ur insides too!
Reply from jenilea, Age 14 - 01/02/06 - IP#: 213.40.131.xxx hey, well done gurl for keeping so motivated, i wish i could go to a sleepover and eat healthily! i know it is EXTREMELY hard to resist junk food but when it is available and you ar considering eating it, think about how bad you will feel afterwards and decide which is more worth it- eating it and feeling bad afterwards or not eating it and eventually buyin a pair of jeans in your target size!! hope that helps x

It's really good that you did so well, but just keep in mind your diet can't be TOO strict. Also, dont be embarrassed about making a positive choice for your health. It might even be easier if you told a few close friends, so they can try not to temp you, and be considerate. GOOD LUCK
