Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - IMPORTANT-EVERYONE READ!!!! Make sure you guys are eating enough! I know everyone says that you shouldn't eat if you're not hungry---BULL CRAP!!! You still need to make sure you are getting enough calories (from the right sources). Today, I wasn't hungry for some reason, so I just didn't really think about eating, it just wasn't on my mind. I did eat, just not enough. Then, later I went to the gym to work out. I usually go for about an hour, to an hour and a half. Today, after just 30 minutes, I felt really bad, so I gave up, and went up to my apartment. I then collapsed, and almost fainted (I got really dizzy, fell down several times, couldn't walk, my sight and hearing were coming and going for about 10 minutes). It was really bad. So, just make sure you always eat enough, whether or not your hungry. Just dont go overboard and eat a bunch that you dont need.

yeah if you dont eat enough your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto whatever you give it..i just try to eat the right foods:)

plus if u dont eat enough ur body thinks it's being starved and burns cals really slow

lol, yeah. I didn't have to go to the ER this time. I did that the first time...(this is my 4th time)I think is the only one caused by my eating, though.

I know EXACTLY what you mean! A couple of weeks ago, I was really busy one weekend, and I didn't eat or drink enough, so I fainted and had to go to the emergency room. I was just about to eat breakfast, and I fainted, and ended up with a HUGE rug burn on my face. OUCH! So, yes, I know what to do now, and if you ever feel faint, lie down -- it makes it go away! Then just remember to get up slowly.
