Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish - Hey everyone, How did I do today? Breakfast : Oatmeal, bannana bread muffin (250 cals) Lunch: Fat free turkey on 35 cal per slice bread, bannana bread muffin (300 cals) Dinner : Small portion of sphagetti (400 cals?) Snack : Can of pineapple (neg cals!!) I drank 3 bottles of water today. Worked out for 83 min and burnt 830 calories. I'm gonna do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups. My mom wouldn't let me work out anymore tonight b/c I didn't eat enough. So anyway how did I do today?

try to stay away from canned fruit. it does not have any of the antioxidants and has added sugar. canned pinnaple is probably not neg cal because of the process it is put through- it probably digests differently than raw and untouched pi9napple...

You did good but you ate alot of starchy foods, and you also could have done without the 2nd muffin. Try eating more meat, almost all meats have no carbs and they have TONS of protein in them!! And, canned fruit has a lot more sugar and cals. then fresh fruit. GOOD LUCK!!!!

pineapple actually has calories fruit ur supposed to count the calories veggies u rnt, u did great i just would not of had that muffin with lunch, besides that u did great
