Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish - Hey everyone! How did I do today?? First off I got up at 6 a.m and worked out for 30 min BEFORE eating breakfast so I could burn stored cals and have my metabolism burning faster today. For breakfast I ate : Oatmeal, bottle of water (150 cals) Lunch : 97% fat free turkey sandwich on 35 cal per slice wheat bread, bottle of water (150 cals) Dinner : Big salad w/ celery,onion, carrot, and 97% fat free turkey w/fat free salad dressing. Since I ate dinner early I might have an orange for a snack but those are neg cals.:) I'm gonna work out probably another 40 - 50 min, do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups. So how did I do today??

water doesnt have any calories

oranges r not neg calories because they have a sugar in them called fructose, fructose is a healthy sugar but u still can not have to much of it so count ur fruit as 45cals

Actually oranges, apples, strawberries and pineapple are neg cals I looked it up on a site that a doc wrote. Trust me if it wasen't low and i mean low in cals I wouldn't eat it.

good, but fruit isn't negative calories.. most vegetables are though.
