Ht. 5'5", Wt. 193 - hey guys. i'm going to do a three day detox. it has enough cals so that's why i'm doing it. you can lose 9 olbs the first time if you do it correctly. here's how it goes: first day, starting at 8 am, every two hours you drink a low sugar protien shake (mine is soy). at six you eat 6 cup of veggies with some meat, or half of an avacado. the next two days starting at 8am, eat a serving of fruit every two hours. for dinner do the same thing: six cups of veggies with some healthy meat. do not eat canned fruit of juices- because that process destroys all of the antioxidants and adds a lot of unneccesary sugar. take the rest of the week off- don't binge or eat seriuously unhealthy, though. just don't be as strict.
i think i will do this once a week, and be healthy- but not worried for the time i have off. that way- i won't feel helpless that i'm stuck in a diet forever. i mean, it's only three days of the week. i'm also going to start seriously exersizing again. i need to. the stretch markls on my body tell me that- at least. man- i can't believe i went from 175 to 140, just to give up and gain 55 lbs back! that's disgusting! argh! i'm angry at myself! oh well- i'll do even better this time. and faster. i will!

Yah I got so sick of my protien shake after 3 or 4 times. You can go online and find some special things you can add in there to make it taste better but only adding a few extra calories. And about gaining weight....oh well it happends. I did too and thats why I'm dieting again!! Let us know how the detox works.

You're gonna get sick of those protein drinks pretty fast, lol. Cranberry juice is really good for detoxing the body also.
