Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey guys..you have all been a big help but I still need to know some good workouts to do and things that i should eat..I dont know what I should do..I like to swim but in the winter i cant so i dont know..what about walking? or what about using those workout videos? that might help some..and then in school we do excersises in pe and stuff..what about basketball? ohh yeah..food..umm..what about fruit and water and stuff like that? i dont know what to do..or eat..does anybody wanna be a diet buddy?

Hey, I dont know much.. but I do know... when you have a craving drink water... and lots of it.. it fills up your stomach... most people might disagree but rice and bread are good also because they expand in your stomach... however some will disagree because the carbs... but.... my grandma was on a low carb diet and she now has to get shots every month for not giving her body all the vitamins it needed. So just watch out for high calorie things... and are you talking fresh fruit or canned or? Fresh obviously is better... light syrup is also obviously better for canned fruits... but you know.. I'll let u in on a secret ..eat lots of protein.. thats in fish and such... it gives your body energy and really burns it quite quickly.. eat things like carrots and celery.. you burn more calories by eating carrots and celery than they contain..
