Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:208 G:145 - I've been eating really good lately, having a small bowl of weight watcher cereal with fat free milk for breakfast, a turkey breast sandwich on wheat bread with mustard and veggies, and then chicken breast and a veggie for dinner and if I get hungry, I'll have a peiceof fruit or something, but for some reason I'm not losing ANY weight, if anything, I'm gaining it. I try to work out as much as I can, but I'm really busy with school and work, so that leaves me little to no time. I used to eat 2000-3000 easily in one day and I wouldn't really gain weight, at least not in a short period of time, so now that I dropped my calorie intake to 1200-1500 a day, I should be losing, right? Even without excersise? I'm so confused and frusterated because I'm not. Can anyone help and tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

hey, stick at it for another couple of weeks and if you don't weigh urself in between that time then when you do get back on those scales u'll probably find you have lost some weight! (the reason y i sed dont weigh urself in between is cos if u do and u c that u'v stil not lost weight u mite b tempeted 2 giv up!0

well it might be muscle mass..dont get on the scale rite away (it helps 4 me b cause the scale is broken)
pay attention 2 how ur clothes fit..and u r doing all the rite things!..drink alot of water!..if u keep it up u should see results soon! Good Job keep up the great work!

How long have you been eating healthy for...waht happene to me is that for a week I was eating really healthy and excersising everyday for 1 hour and a half...then at the end of the week i weighed myself and i hadnt lost anything!! I got really upset and went back to my normal eating plan!! what i didnt know was that when you start something.. your body gets a shock so sometimes it can take 2 weeks to start to see a change...u just have to keep it up and you will soon see a change!! Good Luck!!
