Ht. 5'10, Wt. 240 - Well I have not been on this site for a longtime, maybe around 2 months. Anyway I started my "diet" in september 2005 which was followed by 1 hour on the treadmill everyday and some other exercises I would do here and there. I weighed myself last night and I have lost 44 pounds since september. All I basically did was exercise every day of the week for 1 hour, on the treademill. I also eat much less then before, 3 meals a day not too big, no snacks in between really. Anyway I hope I keep it up, I know its tough sometime to keep at it because you feel tired from the last days exercise, but you got to push yourself. Heck I feel tired right now, But I plan to exercise soon.
Good luck everyone.

Tyler give me your email adress, I dont really have my own email since I never use it, just a family one but I will make a new one for myself.
Brianna your probably younger then me, but I had a part time job while in school which is how I bought my own motorized treadmill, it was pricey but its worth it. Anyway if you dont want to buy your own, just get a membership to the ymca or any gym with treadmills. I use 3.5 incline, so its like I'am walking up a hill. As for the speed I use 3.7mph usually but do not start off with that unless you can do it easily without killing yourself. Keep at it everyday, you literally have to want to do it everyday of the week and eat real good to get weight off. I changed my eating habits totally, All I eat for breakfast is cereal, lunch usually a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, orange juice, some oatmeal crunchy bar which is real healty or some fruit. For Dinner to tell you the truth I usually eat out and buy a sub, a healthy sub from either subway or mr.sub
Over that time I never drank any soda, never had pizza, hamburders or anything I used to eat, I changed my mindset and said its not worth it. The main goal is consistency, keep exercising and dont stop, keep eating healthy and dont stop.
Good Luck.
